Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada. We can’t ship to other countries at this time.

Processing time
Every piece is handmade in our studio in Milltown, Montana. Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. During busy times, please allow up to two weeks. Have a deadline? Email orders@daphnelorna.com and we’ll do our best to get it there on time.

U.S. shipping
Orders over $50 ship free by USPS. Orders under $50 usually ship by USPS First Class for $5 to $8. Priority and Priority Express are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Canada
Canadian orders ship by UPS only. Customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs and fees. Email us for an estimate before ordering.

Gift notes
Every piece arrives on a card, wrapped in tissue paper and ready to give. To include a note, add it in the comment box at checkout and also email it to orders@daphnelorna.com.
