Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. Sorry, we can't ship to other countries at this time.
- United States: orders ship USPS First Class, usually $5 to $8. Orders over $50 ship USPS for free.
- Need it faster? Choose Priority or Priority Express at checkout for an additional fee.
- Timing: we usually ship within 72 hours (2-3 business days), but please allow up to two weeks for us to make and ship your order. Have a deadline? Let us know and we'll do our best to get it there on time.
- Canada: we love our Canadian neighbors and only ship via UPS (we don't ship by USPS/Canada Post at this time). Customers are responsible for all Canadian duties, tariffs and fees. Email us for an estimate.
Returns
We're sure you'll love your Daphne Lorna, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, please return it within 30 days to:

We'll credit you 100% of the purchase price (not the shipping). Please send it in secure packaging and in its original condition. Return shipping isn't covered, but we're happy to make a label for you if you pay for the shipping (usually around $5).
Gifts
Every Daphne Lorna piece arrives on a card in our own packaging, wrapped in tissue paper.
